Services Scope

We provide custom metal fabrication, structural welding, and installation services. All projects are subject to a formal written agreement and deposit before work begins.

Payment Terms

Estimates provided via phone or website form are not guaranteed pricing. Final pricing is determined only after an on-site measurement and consultation.

Communications & SMS Messaging

By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Ultimate Metalworks, you agree to receive appointment reminders, estimate updates, and service notifications. Message frequency varies based on your project status. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 984-308-7451. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wake County, NC.
